150 guests including wedding party can be accommodated on property.

HOW DO I FIND OUT IF MY FIRST CHOICE DATE IS AVAILABLE?

You can view current available dates by clicking HERE


WHAT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE MY EVENT?

A signed contract and a non refundable down payment of $1,000 or 10% of your total package (the greatest value) will reserve your date.

You can email info@morganfallsevents.com letting us know you are ready to reserve your event at Morgan Falls Event Center. 

Dates fill up fast, so we highly recommend you include First, Second and Third choice dates in case the date you are looking at is no longer available.

You can reserve your event without touring in person, but we suggest you visit in person, as pictures do not do justice to the upscale natural destination views. Virtual tours are available if you are out of town/can't visit in person. You can reserve a Tour by clicking HERE

Reservations (Rentals) are first come, first served and we do not hold or save dates for anyone because that's not fair to anyone.

You can put a Tentative Hold on your date for $200. Contact us for more information.


DO I PAY FOR MY RENTAL ALL UPFRONT?

You can if you like and there's a savings of $500 and you get an additional hour complimentary if you do so. Your payments are individually divided by the year/months/weeks/days of your event and you pay a certain amount each time. The final payment must be received two months before your scheduled event or the date required per your contract if your event is less than two months away at the time of booking.


WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DOES MORGAN FALLS EVENT CENTER ACCEPT?

Cash, Check, Money Order, ACH Payments

A Credit Card is on file for incidents and your security deposit.


DO I NEED TO SCHEDULE A TOUR OR CAN I JUST STOP BY?

Tours are by appointment only. You can schedule your Tour by clicking HERE


**DO YOU OFFER MILITARY/FIRST RESPONDER/EDUCATOR DISCOUNTS?**

We are so grateful for your service and happy to offer the Bride/Groom who served or who are serving our Country upgraded amenities to choose from complimentary.

Educators are offered an upgraded amenity to choose as well.



ARE OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES ALLOWED?

Onsite catering with private chefs is available. You may bring in outside food and use a caterer of your choosing.

You are permitted to bring your own alcohol and give to the bartender to serve.


DO YOU HAVE A GUEST MIMIMUM?

No guest minimum. One person can rent our venue space. 

(Photo Shoots and more are also available for rental)


WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY EXCLUIVE ACCESS TO MORGAN FALLS

There aren't tours, photo shoots or any visitors that you didn't invite present on your wedding day. You have the private venue for your day and do not have to share common areas with others.


HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL?

Wedding Ceremony and Reception & Recption Only rentals are from 10 am to 11 pm. You can add additional hours for $500 per hour.


WHO IS PRESENT ON MY WEDDING DAY

Your Vendors, Bar Service as well as Event Staff are present on Wedding Day. Security is included with all weddings and events. (VENUE ONLY RENTALS ONLY HAVE SECURITY PRESENT)

  

ARE THERE OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS NEARBY?

Yes, Morgan Falls is less than a mile from hotels. Visit our Accommodations page for more information by clicking HERE


WHAT KIND OF TABLES DO YOU OFFER?

We have 60 inch Round tables, 6 foot Banquet (Straight) tables and Cocktail tables.

  

WE PLAN TO HAVE OUR CEREMONY/RECEPTION OFFSITE, OR ONLY PLAN TO HAVE OUR CEREMONY AT MORGAN FALLS EVENT CENTER.  DOES YOUR FEE CHANGE?

We understand a Ceremony Only doesn't require as much as a full Wedding and offer different pricing, click HERE to see pricing for all wedding services. Reception Only rentals are the same price as a regular wedding rental.


WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

Morgan Falls has space to offer you a covered ceremony and reception space, meaning no room flip required.


DO YOU ALLOW DOGS ONSITE TO PLAY A PART IN OUR WEDDING DAY?

Your four legged family member is welcome on wedding day. See stipulations of acceptable pets by clicking HERE


HOW MANY CARS FIT IN THE PARKING LOT?

You can self-park approximately 60 cars in our paved parking lot. Carpooling is encouraged. 

Valet service is available and recommended for weddings over 100.


  

WHAT TIME DOES THE MUSIC NEED TO END?

Morgan Falls has a Noise Permit with the City. If your reception is outdoors Mon-Thu 10 pm; Fri-Sun 11:30 pm. You can play music for the duration of your rental inside the Chandelier Ballroom.

Bands/Live Music projects the most sound. DJs must maintain the noise level so we are respectful to the neighbors.

  

ARE CANDLES ALLOWED?

Yes, enclosed and non exposed real candles are permitted. LED candles are permitted and look real.

  

ARE SNACKS AND FOOD/FRUIT TRAYS PERMITTED IN THE CHAMBERS?

You are welcome to have food or snacks in the chambers. 


CAN ITEMS BE LEFT AND PICKED UP ANOTHER DAY?

Please keep in mind that someone has likely rented the next day at Morgan Falls. Leaving your items is a risk and we don't want to be responsible if something happens. You or your vendor, etc. may not be able to access the event space to retrieve your leftover items because everything is locked up following each rental.


CAN VEHICLES BE LEFT ON PROPERTY?

For everyone's safety, all vehicles have to vacate the property after an event. We close and lock the gates so no one can enter. No vehicles of any kind can be left overnight. Please let your guests know this so they can plan accordingly.
